Yes. FOCEEDO chillers can work with most compatible ice bath tubs that support external water circulation. For best results, check the tub ports, water volume, insulation, and hose connection size.
Can the chiller be used outdoors or in the rain? +
FOCEEDO chillers have an IPX5 water-resistant design for splash protection and light outdoor exposure. Do not submerge the unit or leave it in heavy rain for long periods.
Can I leave the chiller running 24/7? +
Yes, when installed and maintained correctly. Keep the water level stable, clean the filter regularly, maintain airflow around the unit, and check hoses for leaks or blockages.
How do I maintain the ice bath chiller? +
Check the water level, clean or replace the filter, keep the inlet and outlet clear, and wipe the exterior regularly. E10 and E20 users should also follow the care routine for dual filtration and ozone sanitation.
Which models include ozone sanitation? +
FOCEEDO E10 and E20 include built-in ozone sanitation with dual filtration. FOCEEDO E03 and E05 use a simple external filter system without ozone sanitation.
What should I do if the chiller has a problem? +
Check the power supply, water level, hoses, filter, and airflow first. If the problem continues, contact FOCEEDO support with your model name, order details, photos or videos, and any screen error code.
