Can the chiller be left outdoors when it is raining?
Yes. All FOCEEDO chillers are IPX5 certified, meaning they are protected against water splashes and can be used safely in normal rainy conditions. However, to extend the chiller’s lifespan, we recommend moving it indoors or providing shelter during extreme weather (such as heavy storms or floods)
Posso lasciare il refrigeratore in funzione 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7?
Yes. Our chillers feature an automated power-management system. Once your desired temperature is reached, the machine enters a standby mode and self-activates as needed. This ensures an “always-ready” cold plunge experience and superior water clarity through constant circulation.
To ensure absolute safety, power off the chiller before entering the water or during extended periods of inactivity.
Is the chiller compatible with other tubs
Yes. Our chillers are designed for universal compatibility and work with any tub using a standard 1/2-inch connection.
How does the Ozone treatment system work?
Our chiller uses a smart intermittent cycle, running for 2–5 minutes every 15 minutes.
This timing ensures powerful sterilization while allowing the ozone to naturally revert back to oxygen before use. Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves zero chemical residue, making it safer for users’ skin and eyes.

Not at all. Our ice bath chillers feature a Plug-and-Play design; anyone can connect the chiller and tub in 5 to 10 minutes.
The only requirement is to ensure the chiller is placed in a well-ventilated area to maintain optimal cooling performance and longevity.
Come si effettua la manutenzione del refrigeratore per bagni di ghiaccio?
It only takes a few minutes of your time. Just give the pre-filter a quick rinse once a week and swap out the 20-micron filter cartridge every 3 to 5 weeks. It’s also a good idea to keep the vents clear of dust so the machine can “breathe” properly.
If you’re heading away and won’t be using it for a while, just drain the water from the chiller and hoses to keep everything fresh inside!
What should I do if chiller has a problem?
We’ve made troubleshooting super simple. Our smart screen will automatically send you a notification and suggest a quick solution. You can also use the component monitoring page to check the status of all main parts in real-time.
