Často kladené otázky
ZEPTEJTE SE NÁS NA COKOLIV
Which FOCEEDO chiller is right for my setup?
The right model depends on your tub’s water volume, ambient temperature, insulation, target temperature, and how often it will be used. Compare the models above, read our chiller sizing guide, or share your setup with us for a recommendation.
Je tento chladič kompatibilní s jinými vanami na ledovou lázeň?
FOCEEDO chillers use 1/2-inch hose connections and come with two 1.8 m hoses. For a direct connection, your tub needs compatible 1/2-inch inlet and outlet fittings; other sizes may require adapters. Not sure about the fit? Send us photos and measurements of your tub’s fittings, and we’ll help you check compatibility.
Vyžaduje chladicí jednotka odbornou instalaci?
FOCEEDO chillers use standard 1/2-inch hose connections for straightforward water connections. Follow the installation manual and confirm the power supply and site requirements before use. Electrical work or site modifications may require a qualified installer.
Lze chladič používat venku nebo za deště?
Yes, but it requires basic shelter. While the IPX5 rating protects against heavy splashes, the chiller should be placed in a covered area outdoors to prevent prolonged exposure to heavy rain, standing water, or extreme weather. Never submerge the unit.
Mohu nechat chladicí jednotku v provozu 24 hodin denně, 7 dní v týdnu?
Yes. The system will automatically cycle to maintain your target temperature efficiently. Ensure the unit has proper ventilation and stable water flow during continuous operation.
Které modely jsou vybaveny ozonovou dezinfekcí?
Our E10 and E20 models come with built-in ozone sanitation as a standard feature. For the E03 and E05 models, ozone sanitation is available as an optional upgrade.
Jak mám provádět údržbu chladiče pro ledové lázně?
Routine care includes checking the water level, cleaning or replacing filters as needed, and keeping hoses and ventilation openings clear. Visit our Support page for maintenance guidance for your model.
Co mám dělat, pokud dojde k poruše chladicího zařízení?
Visit our Support page for troubleshooting guidance. If you need further help, contact FOCEEDO with your model, a description of the issue, any displayed error code, and relevant photos or videos.
