Is the chiller compatible with other ice bath tubs?
FOCEEDO chillers use 1/2-inch hose connections and come with two 1.8 m hoses. For a direct connection, your tub needs compatible 1/2-inch inlet and outlet fittings; other sizes may require adapters. Not sure about the fit? Send us photos and measurements of your tub’s fittings, and we’ll help you check compatibility.
Does the chiller require professional installation?
FOCEEDO chillers use standard 1/2-inch hose connections for straightforward water connections. Follow the installation manual and confirm the power supply and site requirements before use. Electrical work or site modifications may require a qualified installer.
Can the chiller be used outdoors or in the rain?
Yes, but it requires basic shelter. While the IPX5 rating protects against heavy splashes, the chiller should be placed in a covered area outdoors to prevent prolonged exposure to heavy rain, standing water, or extreme weather. Never submerge the unit.
Can I leave my cold plunge chiller running 24/7?
Yes. The system will automatically cycle to maintain your target temperature efficiently. Ensure the unit has proper ventilation and stable water flow during continuous operation.
